Placing An Order
Please place an order minimum of 3 days notice before the collect date. For last minute orders another 50% from the total costs will be added.
Deposit
For a confirmed date, we need 50% of the total price. No deposit, no saved date.
Balance
All balance should be paid a day before delivery. No payment should be made on the delivery day itself.
Payment
All payment should be made electronically to my account. I do not accept cash on delivery.
Cancellation
Your deposit and payment is non-refundable should you decide to cancel your order. Due to the nature of our business, we start preparing your decorations, days in advance. Since the designs are one off, we couldn't use it for another design.
Design Change
We do not entertain late notice of changes in colour scheme and theme. Other than that, we would try our best to accommodate the changes. Although it is impossible at times.
We are not responsible for any damage to the cake or cupcakes once they are picked up and leave our property or after delivery is made and inspected.
